1/4C old fashioned oats
1tbsp dark chocolate cocoa
1tbsp stevia/sweetener
3/4c water
1/2 whole grain granola
1/2 banana sliced
1 cup of almond milk
1/2 scoop whey protein powder
In bowl put first 4 ingredients then cook for 3-5 minutes.
Add the rest of the stuff and top of with bananas.
