Just got home from eating dinner and being at the gym. After finishing my super bad ass workout I had to my parents home to eat some menudo.
The gym gets less packed later in the week, Mondays is were its full! Not today, the squat rack was empty and ready for me. I tried out two new exercise; push press and overhead squat. I could do 8-10 reps for the push press at 45lbs to 50lbs, killer shoulder exercise then I jumped to doing overhead press for the first time. I grabbed the 30lb, too heavy, 20lb still heavy, so I grabbed a 10lb plate and did 10 reps. LOL I thought it is going to be easier but I guess not.
Now I am just ready to close my eyes and hit my bed for my rest tomorrow. :D
