30 Day Run Challenge Day 7- My husband and my friend from the gym. My husband will always support me. He spots me when I am squatting, brings me water when I get thristy in my run, and he tells me I am a “great” runner LOL.
My friend from the gym is the one who made me run with him 5 miles haha. He is the one that pushed me to finish 5 MILES OMG! He runs faster and pushes harder then me, he is fit! I try to keep up with him when I look down he is way a head of me.
30 Day Run Challenge Day 6- The hardest thing about running is getting out the door, getting out of the comfort zone. Once I get started there no holding me back I run as plan and just keep running, if I stop how am I going to get home. LOL That is what I keep telling myself.
Another hard thing about running is the pain that running causes. I have many running and training shoes always I get pain in my ankles and knees. After I am done I seat back and relax.
30 Day Run Challenge Day 5- Running 2 miles at first seem like I ran a long distance. After starting a blog last year I became aware that every fitblr was running way more then me, I decided to challenge myself to start running a 5k. This year when a friend from the gym invited me to go run 5 miles LOL I never thought that I could run such a long a distance, I try to run 5 miles as much as possible.
30 Day Run Challenge: I haven’t done any races before but I will tell when I did a 5K. Last year in summer I started running more, I downloaded an app for my phone MapMyRun for my android phone that is when I started to time how long I ran. One day during summer I just decided to just run and don’t stop, then I checked my app and noticed I had ran 5k! What! Yeah me! LOL Any who it is not my best time but I was proud for running my then longest distance.
30 Day Run Challange Day 3: Like I mentioned before this summer I plan on completing 50 miles this summer, I am bout 25 miles in. This goal is realistic for me because I cannot get myself to ever to finish a goal. When I completed I plan on getting some workout gear like weight lifting gloves or some booty shorts.
My ultimate goal for the future has to be doing a marathon. I have heard people talk about how exciting it is to get to the finish line and get it done! I wish for that in the future.
30 Day Running Challenge Day 2: I love running! I love the
feeling satisfaction that I get when I get done. Running outdoors while listening to banging music is the greatest gift I can give myself.
30 Day Running Challenge! Day 1: I started running in the year 2009 about three years ago. I just wanted to try something and wanted to loose weight. I ran a couple of times a month never consecutive days in a week, a friend of mine from the gym invited me to go running 5 miles one day, I have never ran more than 3 miles, I never thought I would be able to completed but I did! I do not consider myself a runner I just run when I feel like it. This summer I plan on running 50 miles I am half way there. :D
