Oh my god! This week I let my sweet tooth take over. I indulge like no other, I baked and shopped for desserts, mostly cookies and brownies. Only one time in the day I had a balanced meal.
This week, my eating will be balanced with nutritious food and still have a treat.

this workout turned out to be my favorite workouts that i have come up myself. i worked on back and shoulders, focused on doing deadlifts, lift heavy and sweat out the bad. a guy came up to me asking if i was training to move heavy furniture, i smiled and said thank you.
