Breakfast this morning was a grilled ham and mozerella cheese with two atoles. It is the same as hot chocolate but lighter in calories. For lunch I had two sunny side up eggs with chopped broccoli and a sweet potato with bunch if sriracha. For dinner I am having this wonderful meal- grilled chicken breast, asparagus and chopped broccoli, avocado with sriracha. Oh and I can’t forget post workout- a whole wheat peanut butter banana sandwich. :))
