Having my favorite oatmeal of all time-how I missed it. I usually know what to write about but I’m drawing blanks, it is great to be home back in my old routine I am going to make some adjustments to be more productive in the day rather than watching an entire show on Netflix.
The fuck! Why haven’t I tried Peanut butter and Oatmeal together yet? For real I haven’t yet tried it- I always add protein powder for protein but I never added peanut butter because I it doesn’t have enough protein.

This is my go to oatmeal for breakfast or sometimes twice in a day.
-dark chocolate chips
-pecans
-BSN lean dessert chocolate fudge
-unsweetened almond milk

I am trying out a new topping to my everyday protein oatmeal
Chocolate Marshmallow Protein Oatmeal’
1tsp of stevia
1tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup GF old fashioned oats
1cup of water
1 scoop of chocolate whey protein powder I used BSN Lean Dessert Chocolate Pudding Fudge
a handful of mini marshmallows

Look at that spoonful of protein chocolate oatmeal, yummy! For my oatmeal I like to mix 1/4 cup of GF instant oats and GF old fashioned oats, combined together creates thicker and smooth oatmeal. I love having oatmeal everyday with a half sliced banana, almond milk and with my new favorite whey protein powder- BSN Dessert in Chocolate Fudge.

For groceries I picked up a new bag of rolled oats. Let’s see how gluten free works.
